Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, client communication, and job site management
• Perform pressure washing services for our commercial clients, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies for business expansion and growth
• Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition
• Collaborate with the business owner to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• As the business scales, assist in hiring, training, and managing employees

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a physically demanding role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in pressure washing or related industries is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow with the company
